Hey thanks for the great post. also, thanks for letting me share my comment. I started off smoking while I was 14 years old. This was basically the most severe mistake I’ve made. Today I’m much older and I’ve got heart disease. When attempting to give up smoking cigarettes, I came upon the e-cigs and will see if it helps. With any luck, it’s going to help me with this particular awful habit.
